This class is one of four skills that students must learn as part of their overall English education before studying abroad. They get used to orally using the language they learned before entering university while adding to their active bank of vocabulary and phrases. Students become familiar with scenarios in which they will need to speak when they are in foreign countries. They also increase their confidence in organising their thoughts and conveying them orally. The IELTS examination is used to gauge their progress.
教員からの授業のポイント
Speaking skills are often the first skills we need to use spontaneously when we meet people (either physically or using online meeting system software). This class prepares students for their future lives in English.
